Wizards of the Coast has officially announced that physical components for the Dungeons & Dragons: World of Warcraft crossover will be delayed due to unexpected logistics issues in North America. The early‑access launch slated for November 3 remains on schedule, but some items won’t make it in time.

Because of distribution hiccups, a number of retail stores won’t receive pre‑ordered rulebooks, master screens, and miniatures. The most noticeable impact hits the official Horde and Alliance miniature sets, now pushed to the main release on November 17, while digital versions for D&D Beyond subscribers stay on track.

The expansion marks the final major tabletop release for Dungeons & Dragons in 2024 under the Universes Beyond initiative, mirroring the Magic: The Gathering crossovers. It follows a similar delay earlier this year with the Arcana Unleashed set, but the publisher assures that, together with logistics partners, every effort is being made to speed up deliveries to hobby shops.
