Crystal Dynamics is set to launch Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis on February 12, 2027 for PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch 2. The remake brings upgraded graphics and mechanics while reintroducing progression systems from the 2010s trilogy.
Design director Jeff Adams highlighted flexible options: players can raise puzzle difficulty and simplify combat, or do the opposite to match the style of the recent reboot. For those who prefer to rely only on dual pistols, crafting and leveling are completely optional, though additional weapons, combat boosts and a scanner for puzzle hints are available for those who want them.
Developers estimate a full run will take roughly 14‑16 hours, and the game does not include a Russian language option. The emphasis on player freedom and the lack of mandatory micro‑systems aim to satisfy both longtime fans and newcomers alike.
