Bloober Team announced that the Lazarus expansion for Cronos: The New Dawn will launch on December 3, 2026. It will be available on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch 2, though the Switch 2 version is postponed to the first quarter of 2027. All platforms currently enjoy a 50% discount and Russian subtitles are included.
The DLC centers on one of the original game’s characters – the Tracker. Isolated in the Terminal and cut off from the Union, he strives to awaken a lost Essence and become the legendary Watcher. Players will also be pursued by a brand‑new hunter designed solely to track and eliminate them. Gameplay shifts toward a more aggressive style: the Tracker can set traps, turn invisible, and engage in cinematic battles that test every skill.
Returning to the wastelands and playing as a former ally is set to inject fresh adrenaline into the beloved title. Cinematic fights and new mechanics promise to keep gamers on edge until the very end, while the Switch delay only fuels anticipation for the upcoming release.
